Can I use a single Ground with more than one iPhone?
Yes — there’s no limit to how many phones can pair with a single Ground.
And if you choose to own multiple Grounds—for your home, car, or workspace—one phone connects to all seamlessly.
Will my phone work with Ground?
Ground is currently supported for iPhones running iOS 16.2 or later.
What can I block with Ground?
Ground allows any iPhone app to be blocked—except Phone, in accordance with Apple’s emergency access policy.
You can also block select websites in Safari, using Apple’s pre-approved list. At this time, specific site blocking isn’t supported on non-Safari browsers.
Ground lets you create up to five custom blocking modes—perfect for work, family, sleep, the gym, or anything else that helps you focus on what matters most.
What happens if I lose my Ground?
Don’t worry, we’ve got you. That’s why Ground includes five Emergency Grounds in the app, instantly restoring access to all apps.
If needed, you can always delete the app to remove restrictions entirely.
Do you have access to data regarding which apps I block?
Nope — all blocking data stays securely on your iPhone. Nothing is stored or shared elsewhere.
Does Ground ship around the world?
Yes, Ground ships worldwide!
For most countries, import taxes and duties are calculated and prepaid at checkout. If not shown, you may be responsible for local customs fees upon delivery.

How do I Ground my phone without the device?
Just press and hold the Ground button in the app for 5 seconds to activate a ground from anywhere.
To unblock, the physical device is still required.
